Disclaimer

By purchasing a product from our store, you have acknowledged REwind!'s store policy and agree to the following terms stated below.

The team of REwind! reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders from those who have not read our Store Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

✩  REwind! will be shipping all physical products from Singapore, with a US GOM handling domestic shipping in the USA.

✩  We are unable to ship to the following countries at this time: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, British Virgin Islands, Cuba, Curacao, Finland, French Guiana, Honduras, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Monaco, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, San Marino, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Rep., Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Vatican City, Yemen.

✩  VAT, custom and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Such extra charges are the buyer's responsibility and REwind! is not liable for any additional fees incurred.

✩  REwind! runs on a pre-order basis. This means all physical products (books and merchandise) will only commence production after preorders end on March 14th, 2025. Production is estimated to take up to 3-6 months before shipping begins; however, production delays may occur and push back the timeline. All production and shipping updates will be announced on our zine's Twitter account, whilst major production delays will be informed to buyers via email. 

✩ The team of REwind! will not be liable for any damages to or theft of any products that may occur in the process of shipping, transit and handling. We are also not responsible for any additional delays once packages has been sent to the post office. All shipping options automatically include a tracking number.

Address updates are the buyer's responsibility and can be changed any time before your order is shipped out. An address change form will be released once production ends, and an email will be sent out to notify buyers for any changes.

Digital products will be sent out 2~ weeks after all physical orders have been shipped.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are accepted during the duration of our preorders period (13th Jan - 14th Mar). Refunds will only be done in full, we will not issue partial refunds to downgrade bundles.

Once past our preorders period, buyers may cancel their orders but will not be refunded. 

Refunds past our preorders period will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The buyer's package did not arrive due to an error made by the zine team (e.g. the address on the postal label does not match the latest address provided by the buyer).
  • There are missing items that were listed to be included in the package.

The team of REwind! will not issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The buyer's package did not arrive due to incorrect or old shipping information given by the buyer to us.
  • The buyer changed their mind after receiving the purchased product.
  • Your order was shipped (i.e., sent to the post office) but tracking does not update.
  • Your order was shipped (i.e., sent to the post office) but was lost, damaged during shipment through the postal service, or stolen.

Any and all refunds will be made to the payment method that was used for your purchase.

Reshipping Packages

In the case where a package is returned to us (due to an address error, failure to deliver, etc.), the buyer may choose to have the package shipped to them again. However, reshipping costs will fall on the buyer.

Should the buyer choose to cancel the purchase at this stage for any reason, the team of REwind! will only refund the value of the purchase. We will not reimburse the cost of shipping.
